Phil Cox is a seasoned political professional with extensive experience in public affairs and organizational leadership. As the Founder of GP3 Partners since January 2021 and P2 Public Affairs since January 2019, Phil demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Previously, Phil served as the Executive Director of the Republican Governors Association from January 2011 to December 2014, highlighting a solid background in political strategy and advocacy. Phil holds a degree from the University of Virginia, attended from 1992 to 1996, and completed secondary education at Hingham High School from 1988 to 1992.
