Shahzad Zaman

Shahzad Zaman has been working in the field of HR & Recruitment since 2022, when they began working as an HR & Recruitment Administrator for GPDQ. In 2018, they took on the role of Onboarding Specialist for FocalAgent, where they were responsible for taking ownership of any new clients and projects that required a high level of customer care. Their duties included proactively and pre-emptively checking order statuses/progress daily with an aim to prevent situations with unhappy customers and delayed goods by actively chasing any involved 3rd parties and pushing them to meet deadlines where required. Prior to this, they worked as a Head Waiter for Chisou Japanese Restaurants from 2016, where their duties included answering phone calls, setting up and arranging bookings for customers, engaging with customers, taking orders and cash payments, serving food, and completing errands.

Shahzad Zaman attended Ravensbourne University London from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Editing and Post Production.
