Sharmin Sultan has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition roles, holding positions such as Chief People Officer at GPH Ispat and Director of Human Resources at BRAC International. Sharmin has also served as Vice President of Talent & Development and Vice President of Resourcing & Employer Branding at Robi Axiata Limited, where Sharmin focused on creating a learning culture, strategic sourcing, and talent acquisition. Their experience also includes roles at Axiata Group Berhad, Standard Chartered Bank, and BRAC Bank Limited. Sharmin Sultan holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Cloud State University.
