Marian van Unnik is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR management across various industries. Currently, Marian serves as HR Manager at Gpi Tanks, responsible for the corporate HR policy development and implementation across multiple subsidiaries within the Gpi Group. Previously, Marian held the position of HR Manager at Daimler Buses | EvoBus Nederland B.V., focusing on regional and corporate HR policy. As a co-director at Kotterman Bedrijfsdiensten BV, Marian managed HR and finance policies for approximately 100 employees. Additional experience includes roles at DHL, where Marian specialized in compensation and benefits, and Van Gend & Loos BV, contributing to HR policy development for over 1,100 employees. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Labour & Organization Sociology from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Personnel & Organization from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.

Over the last 25 years, Gpi has expanded to become an established name in the Dutch engineering industry and singles itself out through constant innovation in technology, process and collaboration. The Gpi Group is comprised of three tank construction businesses - Gpi Tanks Netherlands, Gpi Tanks Poland and Gpi Tanks XL - in addition to Gpi de Gouwe for process equipment and BMN (Beitserij Midden Nederland), the latter two which form part of the parent company. Gpi Tanks has customers in a diversity of markets worldwide, including the food-processing, chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. In total, the Gpi Group has a workforce of around 200 employees.
