Jeff Ghezzi

Jeff Ghezzi is an experienced executive with a strong background in operational management and business development within the HVAC and aerospace industries. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at GPS Air since March 2021, Ghezzi previously held several key positions at Carrier Corporation from April 2004 to March 2021, including Regional Operations Manager, where a significant transformation improved customer experience and generated an additional $500 million in revenue. Other roles at Carrier included General Manager for Virginia/Carolinas, overseeing aftermarket operations, and Product Manager for Commercial Refrigeration, leading a multinational team in product development. Ghezzi's career also includes experience at Pratt & Whitney, where responsibilities encompassed developing strategic business plans for the Southwest USA region. Ghezzi holds an MBA in Operations and International Business from Rensselaer at Work and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
