Sr. Product Manager - Telematics at GPS Insight

Rob Haynes has a diverse work experience in the field of UI/UX design and product management. Rob began their career as a Senior Web Designer at Citires, where they were responsible for designing and developing websites using HTML and CSS. Rob also contributed to increasing web traffic and improving user experience through SEO and social media campaigns.

After that, Rob worked as a Specialist at Apple Retail, where they excelled in sales interactions and met all sales metrics. Rob then joined 41 Media as a Senior Web Designer, focusing on lead generation, SEO, and affiliate marketing. Rob designed and maintained websites to achieve specific marketing goals and successfully increased SEO performance.

Rob's next role was as a Web Designer at Insight, where they worked on a contract basis. Rob then joined atmosol as a Web UI/UX Designer, specializing in designing e-commerce web stores for both enterprise and small business clients. Rob also led the design of multiple mobile websites, including fully functioning e-commerce web stores.

After atmosol, Rob worked as a Creative Director/UX Designer at DeMark Analytics LLC, leading UI/UX design and branding efforts for software and web app development in the financial markets industry. Rob designed a new web-based market analysis tool called Symbolik.

Rob then founded their own freelance web design agency called Rob Haynes Design, where they focused on user experience, usability, and increasing conversions. Their services included intuitive user interface design, design system creation and management, UX reviews, art direction, and information architecture.

Rob then joined GPS Insight as a UX Designer, where they conceptualized, planned, and executed the design of new features on desktop and mobile applications. Rob was part of the "Discovery Team" that drove the direction and priorities of the company's products. Rob also completed a UX/UI refresh on existing web and mobile applications, including developing a new design system.

Rob later joined ClearPathGPS as the Director of UI/UX, where they led product design efforts and was responsible for the overall user experience. Rob also served as the Director of Product, overseeing product strategy and development.

Currently, Rob is employed as a Senior Product Manager - Telematics at GPS Insight, where they hold a key role in product management and is involved in the development of telematics solutions.

Overall, Rob Haynes has extensive experience in UI/UX design, product management, and web development across various industries, contributing to the success and improvement of user experiences and business goals.

Rob Haynes attended Mesa Community College from 2004 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in General Studies and obtained an AA. Afterwards, they enrolled at The Art Institutes from 2009 to 2010, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Graphic Design.
