Shantanu Gupta

Shantanu Gupta currently holds the position of Assistant Vice President - Design & Engineering at GPS Renewables, where responsibilities include full stack development of biofuel plants across India, as well as design, detail engineering, and project management. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager - D&E at GPS Renewables and Lead Consultant for Detail Engineering at Zeppelin Systems GmbH, emphasizing project management and process automation. Shantanu has also served as Manager in Central Engineering Services at Reliance Industries Limited, contributing to significant hydrocarbon refinery projects, and has held various engineering roles in companies such as Flex Middle East and Thermax. Educational qualifications include an MBA from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, a Certified Energy Manager designation, and a B.Tech from Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology. Additionally, Shantanu participates as a Mentor of Change at NITI Aayog, supporting innovation among young ATL innovators.
