Saurabh Gupta

Saurabh Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Saurabh is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of GPTfy, a Salesforce-native solution that enhances Salesforce integration with ChatGPT. Prior to this, they co-founded Cloud Compliance, a start-up focused on customer success and innovation in Salesforce.

Saurabh also has a significant tenure at Salesforce, where they held multiple senior-level positions. Saurabh served as the Senior Director of Global Enterprise Architecture, overseeing enterprise architecture initiatives. Saurabh was also a Senior Program Architect, contributing to the development of architectural strategies and frameworks.

Before joining Salesforce, Saurabh worked at Waddell & Reed as an Enterprise Architect and Technical Team Lead. Saurabh was responsible for driving IT strategy and enterprise architecture programs, as well as leading CRM team and managing key accounts. Saurabh also has experience in software engineering and CRM consulting, having worked at SE Technologies / Advanced Technologies Labs. Saurabh Gupta attended the Institute of Design (ID) from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Masters degree in Design Method. The field of study included Design, Research, Interaction, Interface, Innovation, Product, Service, and Human Centered.

Prior to that, from 1996 to 1997, Saurabh Gupta attended the International Management Institute - IMI, where they pursued a PGPIM / Exec. MBA degree in International Business & Marketing.

Before their MBA, Saurabh Gupta studied at DR K N MODI INSTITUTE OF PHARMACEUTICAL EDUCATION AND RESEARCH, GHAZIABAD from 1990 to 1994. Saurabh obtained a B. Pharm degree, specializing in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Saurabh Gupta also completed a D. Pharm degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Jamia Hamdard in 1990.

In addition to their formal education, Saurabh Gupta has obtained several certifications. Saurabh completed the IBM Blockchain Essentials certification from IBM in March 2018.
