Thomas Bæk

Thomas Bæk currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Digitalisation at GPV, overseeing significant digital transformation initiatives following two major mergers. Responsibilities include creating a unified digital platform, implementing advanced digital technologies, and fostering collaboration between business functions and IT. Previously, Thomas held various leadership roles within GPV, focusing on strategy, business development, and M&A. Academic contributions as a part-time lecturer and external examiner complement a robust professional background that includes positions at Siemens Gamesa, Siemens Wind Power, Valcon, and Grundfos. Thomas holds a PhD in Customer Profitability and multiple degrees in managerial accounting and strategic management, along with specialized training in board governance and project management.
