Joe Holder is a co-founder of System of Service, a community organization established in November 2018 that creates accessible service opportunities and impactful experiences, notably partnering with Nike. As the founder of The Ocho System since September 2011, Joe developed this philosophy while balancing academia and athletics at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to roles at Nike as a Master Trainer and Run Coach since April 2015, Joe serves as a Fitness and Wellness columnist for GQ Magazine, sharing insights on relevant topics. Previous experience includes serving as a Performance Trainer at S10 Training and managing digital presence and customer experience for Health Warrior. Joe's early career involved various roles from a Marketing Intern at CertaPro Painters to an Athletic Director and Nutrition Coordinator with urban nutrition initiatives in Philadelphia. Joe Holder holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania.
