Bharat B Aggarwal has an extensive background in HR, with experience ranging from Plant HR to Director roles in various companies. Bharat B is currently the Sr. Vice President of HR & Admn. / CHRO at G R Infraprojects Limited, where Bharat B has led initiatives in talent acquisition, leadership development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR operations & technology, and administration. Prior to this, Bharat B held positions at TOD Solutions Pvt. Ltd, TRS Staffing Solutions, Fluor Corporation, Fujitsu, DCM SHRIRAM INDUSTRIES LTD, Vardhman Special Steels Limited, and UltraTech Cement. Bharat holds a PGDBA in Business Administration and Management from the Institute of Productivity and Management, and a LLB in Legal Studies from the University of Jammu.
