Diane Tarbell has a wealth of experience in the field of implementation and configuration. Diane began their career in 1997 as Project Lead Quality Assurance at Prophet 21, where they analyzed technical requirements to ensure solutions translated to business needs and created end-to-end test plans. In 2006, they began working at ADP:VirtualEdge as an Implementation/Configuration Manager, where they managed day-to-day activities of 15 Configuration Analysts located in 3 states and supported both Recruiting and Talent Management products. In this role, they also partnered with Development, Implementation, Project Services and Product Development to support strategic goals. Additionally, they served as a Configuration Analyst, where they used VirtualEdge configuration tools to configure client systems per requirements document and analyzed requirements and consulted with Implementation team to ensure accuracy. In 2014, they became the Director of Implementation at gr8 People.

Diane Tarbell attended Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 1981 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
