Pat Kivlen

Pat Kivlen has over twenty years of experience in data integration, management, and quality assurance. From 1998 to 2007, Kivlen worked as a Data Integration Specialist for EDS/Towers Perrin. In this role, Kivlen was responsible for creating plan summary documentation, developing end-user training material, and conducting training sessions on newly implemented systems. Additionally, Kivlen created and maintained control groups and test scripts based on technical and functional specifications.

From 2007 to 2010, Kivlen worked as a Manager of Data Integration for ADP. In this role, Kivlen managed the day-to-day activities of 17 onsite, remote, and offshore Data Analysts to support the integration requirements of two Recruiting Management systems along with the configuration of the Talent Management system. Kivlen also developed project plans and scope definitions, created work flows, and maintained metrics to track project status for Senior Management.

Kivlen has been working as a Data Integration Specialist for GR8 People since 2016. In this role, Kivlen is responsible for bi-directional data integrations and data migrations for all GR8 People implementation clients. Kivlen performs up-front data analysis to gather and document client requirements for bi-directional integration projects with all 3rd party HRIS, and manages key integration activities through all project phases from kick-off, discovery, analysis, design, configuration, validation, training, and deployment.

Pat Kivlen attended The College of New Jersey from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics.
