Alina Karpenko

Alina Karpenko is an experienced professional in the fintech and product management sectors, currently serving as the Head of Integration Stream at GR8 Tech since September 2021. In this role, Alina has built and led a cross-functional team responsible for integrating payment solutions and has developed a strategic roadmap to align payment initiatives with business objectives. Previously, Alina worked as a Payment Product Manager at both GR8 Tech and Together Networks Limited, where a total of over 110 external payment integrations were successfully led, optimizing payment flows and expanding payment options for clients. Alina's earlier experience includes roles as a UX/UI Specialist and IT Project Manager, highlighting a strong background in product design and project management. Alina holds a Magister degree in Software Engineering from the National University «Kyiv Aviation Institute».
