Joyce de Vries

Joyce de Vries is currently a Docent Travel Leisure & Hospitality at Graafschap College since September 2024. Prior to this role, Joyce accumulated extensive experience at ArboNed from November 2016 to November 2024, serving as a Procescoördinator and Teamcoach, specializing in coaching and guiding the RPA team in the East region. Joyce also held positions as a staff Reintegration and Prevention Advisor, where responsibilities included regular case management and providing training through the ArboNed Academy, and as a Reintegration and Prevention Advisor, operating under the delegation of company doctors. Earlier experience includes roles at Start People, UWV, TOP-Recreatie, Njoy Recreatie, and Camping 't Klumpke, covering areas such as recruitment, selection, training, and program development for various organizations. Joyce holds a degree in Basic Photography from Fotovakschool Apeldoorn, and has educational backgrounds from HAN University of Applied Sciences, Breda University of Applied Sciences, and ROC Landstede.
