Anthony Borquez has had an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Anthony started their career as the CEO of Grab Games in 2009 and later founded Flightly in 2012, where they served as Chairman and Founder. In the same year, they also began working as a Faculty member at USC Marshall School of Business, teaching courses on technology entrepreneurship and digital playbook for entrepreneurs.

In 2017, Borquez joined Envy Gaming, Inc. as a Board of Directors member and investor, contributing to the growth and success of one of the world's leading esports organizations. Anthony continued their involvement in the tech industry as a Board Advisor and Investor for Genies, an avatar technology company, starting in 2020.

In 2021, Borquez became a Board Advisor and Investor for Autograph, a first-of-its-kind NFT platform that brings together iconic brands and names in sports, entertainment, fashion, and pop culture. Additionally, they have invested in Hypixel Studios, a game development company acquired by Riot Games, and Bonfire Studios, Inc.

Furthermore, Borquez has co-founded Faceroll Games Limited, a freemium mobile game company, and served as a Board Advisor for AlphaDraft, a daily fantasy game for eSports.

Throughout their career, Borquez has demonstrated a strong passion for entrepreneurship, technology, and the gaming industry, making significant contributions to various organizations and ventures.

Anthony Borquez obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business in 1994. Anthony then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Instructional Technology at the University of Southern California from 1996 to 1998. Later, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Communication Management from USC from 2006 to 2008. Anthony furthered their education by completing a Doctorate degree in Cognitive Psychology and Psycholinguistics at the University of Southern California from 2000 to 2003. Currently, they are working towards a Master of Science (MS) in Integrated Design, Business and Technology at the USC Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Academy, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
