Abhinav Kumar serves as the Head of Future of Work at Grab since July 2025, following a significant tenure at Prudential plc as Global Head of HR Optimised where responsibilities included advising the Group Board on HR strategy and leading a 40-member team across 24 markets. Prior to that, Abhinav was the Founder of Growinto and held the position of Global Director for People Operations & Technology at Coinbase. With extensive experience at Google, Abhinav led several pivotal initiatives in vendor operations and risk management. Earlier roles included leadership positions at Novartis and Cognizant, focusing on IT operations and enterprise analytics. Abhinav holds a PGPM in Finance & Strategy from the Indian School of Business and dual degrees (B.Tech & M.Tech) in Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
