Amelin Lim is currently the Head of Privacy Office at Grab, where they manage the PDPA framework and advocate for compliance that supports creativity in business initiatives. With over 20 years of consultancy experience, Amelin has held various roles, including AVP in Government & Strategic Affairs at StarHub, where they ensured compliance with media licensing and regulations. Their background in process efficiency and automation was honed during their time as a Business Process Engineer and Manager at StarHub, where they significantly improved operational stability and turnaround times. Amelin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ottawa University and is pursuing a Diploma in Law with distinctions from the London School of Business and Finance.
