Carolyn Chen

Carolyn Chen is a research scientist at NCS Corporate Labs, specializing in search and recommendation systems, AI, NLP, and machine learning. They previously served as a data scientist at Grab from 2021 to 2024 and gained experience as a data scientist intern in the Group Audit Data Analytics team at DBS Bank. Carolyn holds a Master of Information Technology in Business from Singapore Management University and completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management and System at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in 2017. Earlier in their career, they interned in the IT Service Department at KPMG, where they supported global colleagues and managed departmental IT assets.
