Cher Boon SIM

Cher Boon Sim is a co-founder of The Range Village, where they create community initiatives to democratize access to cyber range facilities. Currently, Cher serves as a committee member for the Off-By-One Security Conference, reflecting their strong commitment to cybersecurity education and community support. They hold a degree from Singapore Management University and have extensive experience in various roles, including intern positions focused on red teaming and security at GovTech Singapore and HTX, respectively. As an adjunct faculty member, Cher teaches courses on cloud management, offensive cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions management, while actively participating in Capture the Flag events and sharing knowledge in the cybersecurity field.
