Daniel Tham is currently the Head of Commercial, Actuarial & Strategy in Insurance at Grab, where they also served as a Senior Manager and Manager overseeing strategic projects. Previously, they held various managerial roles at Tokio Marine Insurance Group, focusing on strategy, business intelligence, and distribution. Daniel has experience as an Associate Management Consultant at Synpulse Management Consulting and worked as an Actuarial Analyst at CPF Board. They earned Bachelor’s Degrees in Economics and Actuarial Science, both with First Class Honours, from the National University of Singapore and The Australian National University, respectively. Additionally, Daniel is part of the pioneering batch of the NUS Tembusu Residential College Program.
