Eka Septian is currently the City Manager for Solo & Kedu Raya at Grab, where they lead and enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this, they held a variety of roles at PT Astra International Tbk from 2013 to 2019, including HRGA Supervisor and Security Assessor. Their earlier experience includes a position as General Affairs Supervisor at Adira Finance from 2011 to 2012. Eka’s notable achievements include winning several awards in customer satisfaction and operations at Astra and achieving the highest coverage growth in account management at Grab. They obtained a diploma in Computer Engineering from STMIK AUB Surakarta between 2007 and 2011.
