Gabriel Ng currently serves as the Head of Platform Safety for Grab, overseeing safety strategy and policy across Singapore and Thailand since December 2018. Responsibilities include crisis management, product operations, and driving operational excellence through framework enhancement and analysis. Prior to Grab, Gabriel held several roles in the Republic of Singapore Navy from August 2011 to December 2018, including Deputy Head of the Navy Recruitment Centre and Head of Events & Communications. Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategic Management and Information Technology Management from Babson College and completed the International Baccalaureate at UWC South East Asia.
