Garrick Ng

Garrick Ng is an experienced software engineer currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at Grab since December 2022, where Garrick plays a pivotal role in integrating Grab merchants with external partners, including major brands like McDonald's and Starbucks, across Southeast Asia. Before this, Garrick held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Astro from September 2021 to December 2022, leading the RPA Center of Excellence team and enhancing business operations through innovative solutions. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Bjak, the leading online general insurance platform in Malaysia, and working as a Freelance Full Stack Developer at Beero Solutions, where Garrick specialized in web and mobile application development for small and medium-sized enterprises. Garrick holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Malaya and completed the Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia at SMK Gajah Berang.
