Iris Chang

Iris Chang is the Head of Group Sustainability at Grab, where they manage ESG initiatives across all markets and subsidiaries. Previously, Iris held multiple leadership roles within Grab, focusing on marketing strategy and social impact, and was instrumental in scaling the e-hailing business in Malaysia. They also have a background in marketing and supply chain management with companies such as Toyota and Celcom Axiata Berhad. Iris is currently pursuing studies in Leading Sustainable Corporations at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and serves on the advisory board of EHL Hospitality Business School, highlighting a strong commitment to sustainability and social impact.
