Ivana Shellsea

Ivana Shellsea is a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist at Grab since February 2019, where responsibilities include developing and implementing training frameworks aligned with organizational needs and managing projects to enhance employee learning platforms across the country. Previous roles at Grab involved support coordination within Learning and Development, including project execution based on Training Needs Analysis, as well as administrative tasks like scheduling and tracking attendance for training sessions.
