Janice Huang

Janice Huang has extensive experience in corporate and marketing communications, change management, organizational design, and strategic planning. Beginning at SMRT Corporation Ltd in July 2011, Janice excelled as a Management Associate, successfully leading marketing initiatives and rebranding campaigns. In subsequent roles at SMRT, including Change Management Lead and Senior Executive, Janice played a vital role in managing ERP deployments and driving digital transformation within the organization. Transitioning to Grab in July 2021, Janice held positions as Senior Manager in Planning & Projects, and later as Head of Strategy & Growth, overseeing strategic planning and special projects to enhance operations and societal impact in Southeast Asia.
