Joan X. is the General Counsel for Grab in Singapore, where they also serve as the Senior Associate General Counsel, Head of Litigation & Employment. Previously, Joan was the Regional Legal Counsel at Grab from 2019 to 2024. Joan's past experience includes roles as a Senior Associate at Duane Morris & Selvam LLP and Rodyk & Davidson, as well as Vice President of Group Legal at United Overseas Bank Limited from 2017 to 2019. They also held a position as Legal Counsel (Secondee) at Standard Chartered Bank in 2014-2015.
