Johan Tampubolon

Johan Tampubolon is a seasoned UX writer and content designer with extensive experience in creating compelling product communications across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Content Designer at Grab since July 2022, Johan previously held the position of UX Writer Lead at Spenmo, where responsibilities included developing processes for UX writing and building a team of writers. Johan's background also includes roles at Traveloka as a Product Copywriter, where complex product explanations were effectively communicated, and as a Senior Digital Strategist at IndoSterling Group, addressing strategic issues through digital solutions. Earlier experiences include positions in localization, business development, and copywriting, complemented by a Master of Science in Urban Management and Development from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Indonesia.
