Liam Barker

Liam Barker is the Group General Counsel at Grab, where they have been leading legal efforts since 2017. Previously, Liam held the role of Director of APAC Legal at PayPal from 2012 to 2017 and served as Director in the Office of General Counsel at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2010 to 2012. Their career began as a Solicitor at Herbert Smith, where they worked from 1999 to 2010. Liam holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Exeter and a Master of Laws in e-Commerce Payments Law in Asia from the University of Gloucestershire, as well as a legal qualification from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice.
