Lin Senchu

LIN SENCHU has extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering management, currently serving as QA Engineering Manager II for Mobility at Grab since April 2022. In this role, LIN leads a QA team responsible for delivering the GrabShare carpooling service across multiple countries and manages a diverse team of QAs supporting about 100 engineers. Previously, LIN held roles at Grab as Lead QA Engineer for both Mobility and the New Business of Food, where significant contributions included establishing QA teams and standardizing processes for various initiatives. Prior experience includes a Senior Software QA Engineer position at Garena Group, focusing on the functionality and testing of mobile applications, and a Software Engineer role at Gemalto, where key contributions involved designing validation strategies for e-passports. LIN holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
