M Faizal has extensive experience in social media management and content creation, beginning as a Social Media Specialist at Growmint Digital Agency from January 2015 to December 2015, where responsibilities included maintaining accounts for Smartfren Telco & Gadget Brand and developing engagement campaigns. Following this, M Faizal worked at OPTIONE from April 2014 to December 2014, managing social media channels for a trial game. From March 2016 to July 2021, M Faizal was with Liputan6.com, focusing on maintaining and growing the social media presence of the platform. Currently, M Faizal serves as Live Streaming Ops & Community Content at Grab since July 2021, overseeing live streaming operations and producing community content. M Faizal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from iisip Jakarta, completed in 2013.
