Michael Nai

Michael Nai is an experienced professional in data analytics and business intelligence, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Regional Finance Data Solutions at Grab since August 2024, focusing on financial reporting and root cause analysis. Prior to this role, Michael worked at AirAsia MOVE as a Regional Data Analyst, spearheading customer segmentation analysis and conducting post-campaign evaluations for budget optimization. Michael has also held positions at GXBank, where end-to-end reporting pipelines were managed, and at Shopee, where leadership and mentorship were provided to a team of analysts. Early career experience includes data science at Juris Technologies and a barista position at Ebony and Ivory Coffee.
