Pauline began their career as a Recruitment and Marketing Specialist at Staff Alliance Inc. and has also worked in education as a Psychometrician at De La Salle Santiago Zobel School. They pursued higher education at De La Salle University, where they were a candidate for a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
