Ronald Roda

Ronald Roda currently serves as the Managing Director and Country Head of Grab PH, starting in September 2024, after previously holding the position of MD and Head of Operations. With extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, Ronald served as Senior Vice President and Group Head of Transformation at Indosat Ooredoo, leading significant projects to enhance customer experience and drive market competition. Prior roles include Consulting Director at Accenture, where Ronald focused on business development and strategic advisory for major telecommunications turnarounds, and various leadership positions at ABS-CBN, wi-tribe, and Globe Telecom, where skills in customer service operations and CRM implementation were honed. Ronald holds a BSC-MFI in Business, Applied Economics from De La Salle University and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School, alongside an ongoing master's degree in Statistics at the University of the Philippines.
