Ruchi Kumar

Ruchi Kumar is an experienced product manager with a strong background in financial technology and payments management. At Grab, Ruchi held roles such as Senior Product Manager in Payments Core and later Lead Product Manager for Mobility, where responsibilities included the integration of digital banking into the Grab ecosystem and managing in-app payment experiences across Southeast Asia. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Citi Singapore, focusing on secured finance solutions, customer experience management, and product development, notably leading the Citi PayAll initiative that received the "Credit Card Initiative of the Year" award. Ruchi's career began with internships at prominent firms including Changi Airport Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers, deepening expertise in marketing, business development, and tax compliance. Ruchi holds a Double Degree in Accountancy and Business from Nanyang Technological University and has also participated in an exchange program at McGill University.
