Serene Lam is a marketing professional with extensive experience in performance marketing and programmatic media buying. Currently serving as the Regional Assistant Performance Marketing Manager at Grab since December 2021, Serene focuses on optimizing marketing strategies to enhance performance. Prior to this role, Serene worked at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from June 2017 to November 2021 in several positions, including Regional Programmatic Trader and Regional Paid Social Executive, where responsibilities included managing corporate campaigns for improved market performance across South East Asia, Korea, Australasia, and Japan. Noteworthy achievements include successfully executing the LittleBigTravellers campaign and receiving a silver award in the Effie’s SG 2018 branded content category. Serene also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at the Central Provident Fund Board, contributing to the launch of major communication campaigns. Serene holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
