Serene Lim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people operations and management consulting. Currently serving as the Head of People Experience Operations & Compliance and Head of People Strategy & Projects at Grab since May 2019, Serene manages a portfolio of people programs to align outcomes with strategic priorities.
