Sham K. has extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and security administration, having held leadership roles at Grab and AZQORE SA, where they managed security teams and developed IAM processes for multiple platforms. Previously, they served as Assistant Vice President at Bank of America, overseeing midrange operations and mentoring new team members. Sham also worked as a System Engineer for various companies, gaining invaluable expertise in IBM Midrange platforms and security protocols. Currently, Sham is the Deputy Manager at PSA Singapore and continues to enhance IAM practices in their ongoing role.
