Shreya Agarwal

Shreya Agarwal currently holds the position of Senior Design Manager for Search & Personalisation at Grab, leading a team focused on developing discovery and recommendation tools across Grab’s core services. With a strong background in design management and product design, Shreya has previously served as a Design Manager and Lead Product Designer at Grab, driving initiatives to enhance user experience and business growth. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Product Designer at Obvious, where multiple products were developed from concept to launch, and as a Junior Innovation Designer at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business, contributing to digital tools and service design. Shreya also engages in mentorship through Ownpath, sharing expertise with emerging designers, and has held various design consultative roles in organizations like Studio Eksaat and Adisyam. Shreya Agarwal holds a Master’s degree in Design Innovation from The Glasgow School of Art and a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Arts from Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology.
