Sopheap Lay is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational management and customer support across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Grab Support Expansion Region for Cambodia and Myanmar, as well as Head of Grab Support for Cambodia, Sopheap has demonstrated expertise in leading customer experience operations. Prior roles include Head of Centre Operations at Marie Stopes International Cambodia, where operational efficiency in sexual reproductive health services was a key focus, and Incident & Support Manager at DMI, overseeing support teams in a 24/7 environment. Sopheap’s career also includes roles at Yoolk Inc. and YellowPG Inc., emphasizing business development and customer support. Sopheap holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and has completed various training courses in leadership and communication skills.
