Thu Doan is currently the Lead QA Engineer at Grab, where they oversee quality assurance processes and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software features. They have extensive experience in both manual and automation testing, including mobile and web applications, and have previously held roles as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and Quality Assurance Engineer at Grab. Thu began their career as a Software Quality Assurance Intern and later served as a Project Coordinator at Silicon Straits Saigon, focusing on optimal software processes and team satisfaction. They hold an Engineer's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Information Technology.
