Timothy Leung, PhD, is a seasoned professional in machine learning and product development, with a diverse background in founding and engineering roles. As the Co-Founder of Neural Swarm from March 2018 to September 2025, Timothy worked on advanced horse race betting models and enhanced license plate recognition systems. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Discovery List, where Timothy deployed web scrapers and entity recognizers, and co-founding Quotered, a note-taking application developed through Entrepreneur First.
