Trisha Katipunan

Trisha Katipunan is an accomplished professional with experience spanning various roles, primarily in training, development, and operations. Initially serving as a Recruitment and Sourcing Intern at KMC MAG Solutions, Inc., Trisha then joined TaskUs - Uber as a Training and Development specialist, where responsibilities included training community associates for the Manila launch and creating learning materials in collaboration with the global Uber team. As the Chef and Owner of Bao Bar PH, Trisha oversaw restaurant operations, branding, and social media strategies. In a significant role at Grab, Trisha held multiple positions, including Partner Training Lead and Communications Senior Executive, focusing on enhancing driver support, streamlining internal communications, and launching extensive training programs. Trisha holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University.
