Victor Liang 梁辰 is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in machine learning and geospatial technologies. Currently serving as the Head of Data Science for Geo Services at Grab since June 2016, Victor has progressed through several roles within the company, including Senior Data Science Manager and Data Scientist, focusing on Machine Learning for Maps and traffic-related projects. In addition to responsibilities at Grab, Victor is a Co-Principal Investigator at the Grab-NUS AI Lab, directing the Traffic-AI project since July 2018. Previously, Victor held the position of Senior Research Engineer at the Advanced Digital Sciences Center and completed an internship at Huawei Technologies. Victor holds a PhD in Computer Science from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a BE in Electrical Engineering and Automation from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
