Victor Sim currently serves as the Director of GrabRentals and has held various leadership roles within Grab since May 2016, including Director of the Country Head's Office and Head of GrabMart. In these positions, Victor has been instrumental in overseeing the P&L performance of key business segments and driving growth in the GrabMart Singapore business. Prior to Grab, Victor co-founded Energyhires, a B2B SaaS platform for the Oil and Gas sector, and gained valuable sales and business development experience at Progressive Global Energy. Victor is an alumnus of the National University of Singapore and was trained as a Commissioned Officer at SAFTI Military Institute.
