Ya Ching Yang

Ya Ching Yang is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Lead Product Designer at Grab since June 2017, Ya Ching has revolutionized data collection processes and pioneered innovative IoT solutions that enhanced operational efficiency. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer at Grab, where contributions included developing an information hub for the Grab SuperApp and designing customizable conversational UI components, as well as impactful positions at Qihoo 360, Acadine Technologies, Gogolook Co., Ltd, ASUS, and Acer. Ya Ching holds a Master's Degree in Creative Media from RMIT University and a Bachelor's in Visual Communication Design from National Yunlin University of Science and Technology.
