Zihua Su

Zihua Su currently serves as Senior Associate General Counsel and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Grab, a position held since April 2019. Prior to this role, Zihua was Regional Counsel for Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions at Grab. Zihua’s experience includes working as a Senior Associate at Clyde & Co from May 2017 to October 2018, as well as a Senior Associate at Allen & Gledhill LLP from May 2011 to May 2017. Zihua also had a brief stint as a Secondee at GIC in late 2013. Zihua holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the National University of Singapore.
