Jason Goodman has a long and varied work experience. Jason began their career as a Student Research Assistant at Fox Chase Cancer Center in 2003. Jason then moved to Penn State University in 2005 and 2007, where they worked as a Student Research Assistant. In 2008, they joined GlaxoSmithKline as a Research Associate, where they were responsible for supporting the imaging and histological needs of Cardiovasular, Urogenital, and Oncological drug discovery teams. In 2009, they moved to Merck & Co., Inc. as a Research Associate, where they supported the Chlamydia vaccine program. In 2010, they joined Integral Molecular as a Senior Research Associate, where they coordinated and led the Shotgun Mutagenesis Epitope Mapping project and team. In 2013, they joined Avid Radiopharmaceuticals as a Research Associate, where they tested and designed tests for novel PET ligands in a pre-clinical in-vitro environment. In 2016, they joined Cornell University as a Doctoral Student, where they investigated connections between the taste system, diet, and the microbiome. Finally, in 2017, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of Antithesis Foods Inc.
Jason Goodman received their B.S in Microbiology from Penn State University in 2009, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Food Science from Cornell University in 2021. During their time at Penn State University, they also earned a Microbiology degree in Microbiology and Biochemistry.
