Caroline Fletcher

Caroline Fletcher is a Senior Front-End Engineer at Grabyo. Caroline previously worked at IBM from September 2009 to January 2022 as a Tooling Lead for the IBM Blockchain Platform Developer Experience. In this role, they developed tooling to enable developers to develop blockchain applications easier and quicker. Caroline has a passion for developing tools that make life easier for developers and is excited to be able to continue doing this at Grabyo.

Caroline Fletcher has a MEng in Software Engineering from Aberystwyth University. Caroline also has certifications from IBM in Open Source Strategic Leader, AI Technical Accelerator, Plateau, and Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator. Caroline has a certification from Coursera in Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning.

They are on a team with Charlie Harris - Software Engineer, Anestis Benavidis - Engineering Manager, and Robert Metcalf - Senior Software Engineer. Their manager is Mun Kong, CTO.
